IN CASE OF ACCIDENT: CALL THE POLICE, CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY (OR THE RENTAL COVERAGE INSURER SHOWN ON YOUR INSURANCE ID CARD), THEN CALL THE EXECUTIVE RENTAL AT (646) 883-3976. Renter must report any accident to Owner immediately, and to police where required by law, and must not admit fault or make any agreement with another party on Owner's behalf. Renter will provide a written accident report, photos, the other party's name, insurance, and plate information, and will cooperate with Owner and any insurer in the investigation. Do not carry more passengers than seat belts. Children must be transported in child safety seats where required by law. Do not drive while a warning light is on or fluid levels are low, or when it is otherwise reasonable to expect that further driving would damage the car. Renter will notify The Executive Rental immediately of any accident, damage, theft, or warning light. If the car becomes inoperable through no fault of Renter, Renter must contact Owner immediately and not arrange repairs.
